About the employer:

Our client is a global leader in sealing systems, serving the automotive and construction industries with innovative and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• help with creating reports for the company’s group,
• support making presentations and reports for the management by collecting and analyzing important numbers,
• help set up rules and timelines for reporting,
• support in checking financial results of some company departments
• work with other company locations to prepare monthly reports and explain differences in numbers,
• check if financial data is correct and complete,
• help create and update performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to support business decisions,
• prepare financial summaries for managers to help them make quick and smart decisions,
• assist with planning future budgets and the 5-year company plan.

Requirements:

• degree in economics, finance, or a similar subject,
• some experience in controlling (internship or student job),
• good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
• interest in IT and good basic knowledge,
• experience with SAP or IDL is a plus,
• good English skills, spoken and written,
• strong analytical and communication skills,
• ability to work alone and in a team with people from different departments and countries,
• proactive attitude and focus on results,
• interest in business and good people skills.
