Obowiązki

• Keep financial records up to date, ensuring all transactions are properly and accurately documented.
• Reconcile account balances with the general ledger on a monthly basis.
• Compile and analyze financial statements and various financial reports.
• Contribute to the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform routine reviews of financial data and resolve any discrepancies found.
• Provide documentation and detailed explanations during internal and external audit processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in financial accounting procedures.

Wymagania

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in RTR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
