You will be:

• eliciting and analyzing the client’s business needs,
• co-creating and modeling a vision of the solution, adequate to the customer’s priorities and resources,
• specifying functional and non-functional features of the developed IT systems,
• collaborating with the development team – from the project’s beginning till the end – helping to deliver the expected solution.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects,
• able to build good relationships with people, including senior management executives,
• communicates fluently and clearly in Polish and English,
• committed and independent,
• understands the impact of the delivered IT solutions on businesses and organizations,
• familiar with the agile software development cycle,
• knows how to apply relevant business analysis tools and techniques,
• familiar with modern IT technologies and platforms.
